1) Press & Representation

Authoritative sources: Official statements are those published on zpalva.com or via email (currently unavailable).
Quoting: Quotes must be complete and in context. Selective editing that alters meaning is prohibited.
Corrections: If you published an error, email us (currently unavailable) with the link and correction request.

2) Brand & Asset Usage

Permitted: Non-commercial editorial use of provided press kit images with attribution “© Zpalva.”
Prohibited: Using Zpalva name, logo, or IP to imply endorsement, partnership, or official status without written permission.
Distribution: Rehosting our builds, art packs, or paid content is not allowed. Link to official pages instead.

3) Conduct & Harassment

Coordinated harassment, doxxing, or brigading of staff, partners, or players is zero-tolerance and will be documented for platform and legal action.
We do not engage with anonymous campaigns that refuse specific claims or evidence.

4) Takedowns & Reporting

DMCA/licensing: Report unauthorized distribution via email (current unavailable) with links and evidence.
Security: Report vulnerabilities privately with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge good-faith reports.

5) Updates
